20 Books Every Woman Should Read This Year

The wise woman builds her house
but a foolish woman tears it down with her hands.
(Proverbs 14:1)

The wise and foolish woman have one thing in common: they are both women. What this means is that they both have what it takes to handle a home and affect its outcome. However, there is a difference in both women which account for their different effects on a home. The first woman is wise and the second woman is foolish. So, even though their energy levels are the same, one woman ends up building her house while the other ends up destroying it. Wisdom does not come automatically; it is something you have to get.

Proverbs 4:7 says “wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom and with all thy getting, get understanding”. Part of getting wisdom is reading the right books that will give you knowledge for every situation. The greatest life changing book on earth remains the bible. However, God’s wisdom is also contained in other books. Today, I’ve listed out 20 books you will find very helpful to your life this year. Do your best to lay your hands on them and read them.

There they are! I’m rushing to get mine and read them as much as I can. Who wants to destroy her house with her own hand because of a lack of wisdom and perish for lack of knowledge??? Not me! Moreover, it’s not enough to just read them; we have to put them into practice. May God give us all the grace to practice what we learn.
